Spicy Garlic Shrimp Sushi

Ingredients:
- 1 cup sushi rice, cooked
- 10-12 cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- Nori seaweed sheets
- Sriracha mayo optional

Instructions:
