Salted Caramel Brownies

Indulge in the perfect blend of rich chocolate brownie and gooey salted caramel, creating a decadent treat for Fall Cookie Week.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C and grease a baking dish

In a bowl, mix together brownie mix, melted butter, water, and eggs until well combined

Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish

Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the batter, then sprinkle with sea salt

Pour the remaining batter over the caramel layer

Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

Let cool before cutting into squares
