Paleo Turkey Avocado Wraps
These Paleo Avocado and Turkey Wraps make a delicious and speedy lunch. Full of protein, good fats, and crisp vegetables, they are filling and delicious. Theyre also simple to prepare in advance and toss in your lunchbox for a hectic day.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb sliced turkey breast
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 1 medium cucumber, julienned
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup paleo-friendly mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Lay out the lettuce leaves and spread a thin layer of paleo-friendly mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on each leaf
Place a few slices of turkey breast on each lettuce leaf
Top the turkey with slices of avocado, julienned cucumber, and carrot
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Roll up the lettuce leaves tightly, tucking in the sides as you go, to form wraps
Slice the wraps in half diagonally and secure with toothpicks if desired
Pack the wraps in your lunchbox and enjoy
