Loaded Twice Baked Potato Casserole
Loaded Twice Baked Potato Casserole is a comforting and indulgent dish that combines all the flavors of classic loaded baked potatoes in an easy-to-make casserole format. Perfect for gatherings, potlucks, or as a side dish for any meal.
Ingredients:
- 6 large potatoes, baked and cooled
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 4 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Along the length of the potato, cut it in half and scoop out the inside, leaving about 1/4 inch of potato on the skin
Mash the insides of the potatoes in a big bowl
Chop half of the green onions and add them to the sour cream, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper
Also add 1 cup of cheddar cheese
Mix everything together well
Put the mixture back into the potato skins and spread it out evenly
On top of the filled potato skins, sprinkle the rest of the cheese, bacon, and green onions
Spoon the stuffed potato skins into a baking dish or on a baking sheet
After the oven is hot, bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until everything is hot and the cheese is melted and bubbling
Enjoy while hot
