Radish Raita Dip with Curry Naan Chips
This refreshing dip combines the crunch of radish with creamy yogurt and a blend of Indian spices. Paired with homemade curry flavored naan chips, its a delightful fusion of flavors.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup grated radish
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- 4 pieces naan bread
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
Instructions:
Grate the radish and mix it with yogurt, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt in a bowl
Put the dish in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and top it with fresh cilantro
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Naan bread can be cut into triangles or chips
Put olive oil and curry powder in a small bowl and mix them together
Use the curry oil mix to cover both sides of the naan chips
Put the naan chips on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it
Put the naan chips in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy
While the naan chips are still warm, serve the radish raita dip chilled
