Pittsburgh Salad
The Pittsburgh Salad is a classic dish that combines fresh vegetables, grilled chicken, cheddar cheese, and crispy French fries, all tossed in creamy ranch dressing. Its a delightful salad that captures the flavors of Pittsburgh cuisine.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup French fries, cooked and crispy
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the shredded iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, cheddar cheese, hard-boiled eggs, black olives, and grilled chicken breast
